Integrations Hub

A single page that brings every Kraya integration together — browse by category, search by name, and open any setup screen with one click.

Overview

The Integrations Hub is a single page that brings every Kraya integration together in one place. Instead of hunting through a long list of separate menu items, you open one "Integrations Hub" tab and see all available integrations as cards, grouped into categories, with a search box to find the one you need. Clicking a card opens that integration's own setup screen, and a back arrow brings you straight back to the hub.

The hub is the new home for integrations such as Google Sheets, Zoho, Meta Lead Ad Forms, Razorpay, WhatsApp Widget, and more. Setting up and using each individual integration works exactly as before — only the way you reach them has changed.

What you can do

  • Browse every Kraya integration from one page, organised into clear categories
  • Search integrations by name to jump to the one you want
  • Open any integration's setup screen with a single click
  • Return to the hub at any time using the back arrow on each integration screen
  • Request setup help for integrations that the Kraya team configures for you, directly from the dashboard

How it works

The Integrations Hub appears as a single "Integrations Hub" item in the left sidebar. Opening it shows all integrations as cards. Each card displays the integration's logo, name, and a short description of what it does.

Cards are grouped under category headings:

  • Kraya Tools — Kraya API, Webhook, Website Banner, WhatsApp Widget
  • Lead Marketplaces & Platforms — Housing.com, IndiaMART, JustDial, Solar Ladder, TagMango, TradeIndia
  • Ads & Conversions — Meta Conversions API, Meta Lead Ad Forms
  • CRM & Data Sync — Cratio, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Zoho
  • Calling & Voice — MyOperator, Neodove, smallest.ai
  • Payments — Razorpay

Clicking anywhere on a card opens that integration's setup screen. For most integrations this is the same self-serve screen you have always used to connect and configure them. A back arrow at the top-left of each integration screen takes you back to the hub.

A search box sits just below the page heading. Typing in it filters the cards by name as you type. Only categories that still have a matching integration remain visible; empty categories are hidden while you search. If nothing matches what you typed, the page shows a "No results found" message.

Some integrations are set up for you by the Kraya team rather than connected by yourself. For these, the card opens a short page with a "Request Setup" button instead of a self-serve form. See Request-setup integrations below.

Step-by-step guide

Opening the Integrations Hub

  1. In the left sidebar, click Integrations Hub.
  2. The hub opens showing all integrations grouped by category.

Finding an integration

  1. Click into the Search box below the page heading.
  2. Start typing the integration's name (for example, "Zoho").
  3. The cards filter as you type, showing only matching integrations and hiding empty categories.
  4. To clear the search and see everything again, click the X in the search box or delete the text.

Opening an integration

  1. Click anywhere on the integration's card.
  2. The integration's own setup screen opens.
  3. Connect or configure the integration as usual on that screen.
  4. To go back, click the back arrow at the top-left of the screen — this returns you to the hub.

Request-setup integrations

These integrations do not have a self-serve connection form. Instead, their card opens a page with a single Request Setup button that notifies the Kraya team to configure the integration for you:

  • Solar Ladder — Sync solar project inquiries and customer data into Kraya for follow-up automation.
  • Cratio — Sync contacts, inquiries, and lead updates between Cratio CRM and Kraya. See Cratio Integration.
  • Housing.com — Import property inquiries from Housing.com and engage leads faster. See Housing.com Integration.
  • MyOperator — Sync call inquiries and customer interactions from MyOperator into Kraya. See Other Integrations.
  • TagMango — Capture course and community inquiries from TagMango for lead nurturing. See TagMango Integration.
  • smallest.ai — Sync AI-powered voice interactions and lead data into Kraya.

After you request setup, the Kraya team reaches out to complete the configuration. You can submit the request more than once if you need to follow up.

Role-based behavior

  • Admins: See the Integrations Hub in the sidebar and can open and configure every integration.
  • Members: The Integrations Hub is not shown in the sidebar. Integration setup is an administrator task.

Common edge cases

  • An integration you expect is not in the hub The hub lists the integrations Kraya supports. If you cannot find one, clear any active search first — you may be filtering it out. If it still does not appear, contact the Kraya team.

  • The search shows "No results found" No integration name matches what you typed. Check the spelling, or clear the search box to see the full list again. Search matches on the integration's name only, not its description.

  • Clicking a card opens an upgrade prompt instead of the setup screen The integration is a premium feature and is not included in your current plan. Upgrade your plan to use it. See Limits and quotas below.

  • A request-setup integration has no settings to fill in That is expected. Integrations such as Solar Ladder or Cratio are configured by the Kraya team — your only action is to click "Request Setup", and the team takes it from there.

Limits and quotas

  • The Integrations Hub is available to administrators only.
  • Certain integrations are premium features. On the free plan, opening one of these shows an upgrade prompt instead of its setup screen. Integrations such as Google Sheets, Kraya API, Webhook, WhatsApp Widget, and Website Banner remain available on the free plan.

Troubleshooting

The Integrations Hub item is not in my sidebar

  • Cause: You are signed in as a member, not an administrator. The hub is admin-only.
  • Fix: Ask an administrator in your organization to set up the integration, or request admin access.

A card opens an upgrade prompt and I cannot reach the settings

  • Cause: The integration is a premium feature not included in your current plan.
  • Fix: Upgrade your plan from the prompt, or contact the Kraya team about access.

I clicked "Request Setup" but nothing seems to have happened

  • Cause: The confirmation message may have appeared briefly, or the request did not send.
  • Fix: Look for the confirmation message after clicking. If you saw an error, try again. If it keeps failing, contact the Kraya team directly.

Decision tree

  • Cannot see the hub at all → Confirm you are an administrator.
  • Can see the hub but a card shows an upgrade prompt → The integration is premium; upgrade your plan.
  • Can open the screen but the integration is not syncing → Open that integration's own guide for setup and troubleshooting steps.
  • None of the above → Contact the Kraya team.

FAQs

  • How do I get back to the hub after opening an integration? Click the back arrow at the top-left of the integration's screen.

  • Does searching look inside the descriptions too? No. Search matches on the integration name only.

  • Why do some integrations only show a "Request Setup" button? Those integrations are configured by the Kraya team rather than connected by you. The button notifies the team to set it up on your behalf.

  • Can regular members use the hub? No. The Integrations Hub is available to administrators only.

Tips and best practices

  • Use the search box to jump straight to an integration instead of scrolling through categories.
  • For team-managed integrations, click "Request Setup" once and wait for the Kraya team to reach out — there is no further configuration for you to do.
  • Each integration card opens a dedicated screen with its own setup and troubleshooting steps; open the matching guide below for details on a specific integration.
