Justdial Integration

• What it does
  • Receives new inquiries from Justdial via a secure webhook URL unique to your organization.
  • Automatically creates or updates leads in Kraya using the data Justdial sends.

Overview

Once enabled, Justdial will send lead notifications to your Kraya webhook URL. Kraya upserts leads using phone and email when available, then places them into your default pipeline (or a chosen stage if you update it later).

Setup

1. Request activation
   Open the Justdial integration page and click “Contact Support” (or your Kraya point of contact). We will enable the integration for your organization.

2. Get your webhook URL
   You’ll receive a URL like:
   https://kraya-ai.com/api/justdial/{your-org-slug}/webhook

3. Add it in Justdial
   In your Justdial account, set this URL as the destination for lead notifications. or contact your justdial POC to get it done.

4. Test
   Trigger a test lead from Justdial (or wait for a new lead). Check Kraya to confirm it appears under Leads.

Notes

• Justdial may deliver payloads in GET, form POST, or JSON POST; Kraya accepts all three.
• No additional authentication headers are required; the per-org slug is used to route.

What gets saved

• Lead Name, Phone, Email (when provided)
• Basic attributes like location/category that Justdial may send are stored as lead attributes for your reference.
• Deduplication: Kraya checks by phone/email for your organization.

Edge cases to expect

• Wrong or missing slug in the URL
  • The event is ignored. Verify the URL exactly matches what Kraya provided.
• Missing phone and email
  • Kraya will still create a lead if sufficient info exists, but follow-ups are easier with at least one contact method.
• Burst traffic / spikes
  • Events are queued briefly and processed; allow a few minutes during spikes.

Troubleshooting (quick)

• “No leads arriving”
  • Re-verify the webhook URL set in Justdial (copy-paste again).
  • Try a fresh test notification from Justdial.
• “Multiple or duplicate leads”
  • Check that your Justdial account isn’t sending the same lead multiple times. Kraya deduplicates by phone/email but may update an existing lead’s attributes.

Short decision tree

• Leads missing → Re-check URL in Justdial → Trigger test → Search by phone/email in Kraya.
• Duplicate-looking entries → Compare phone/emails; if they differ slightly, standardize phone input on Justdial’s side.

FAQs

• Does Kraya push updates back to Justdial?
  • No. It’s a one-way ingest from Justdial to Kraya.
• Can I stop the integration?
  • Remove or disable the webhook in Justdial, or contact Kraya support to revoke your org slug.
