NeoDove Integration

• What it does
  • Syncs leads between Kraya and NeoDove so your calling workflows and CRM stay aligned.
  • Pushes updates from Kraya to NeoDove; ingests NeoDove events back into Kraya.

Overview

Link your NeoDove account to Kraya to keep Name, Email, Phone, Pipeline/Stage names, and Notes in sync. New and updated leads will flow both ways after you connect and activate.

Setup

1. Open the NeoDove integration page (Integrations Hub → NeoDove, admin only)
   While nothing is connected the page shows Connect Neodove.

2. Paste NeoDove's webhook URL and click Generate Webhook
   Paste the URL NeoDove gives you (e.g. https://hooks.neodove.com/...) into the field, then click Generate Webhook.

3. Configure NeoDove with Kraya's values
   The page now shows Neodove connected and Setup completed on <date>, with copy icons for:

   • Neodove Endpoint — the NeoDove URL you pasted.
   • Webhook URL — paste into NeoDove's webhook setup so NeoDove can send leads to Kraya.
   • Webhook Secret — add to the request headers in NeoDove with the key X-Kraya-Access-Token.

4. Set the Default Country Code
   Enter it (e.g. 91) and click Save. Phone numbers need it so the leads can be contacted on WhatsApp.

Resetting, reconnecting or removing the integration

• The NeoDove page has no Disconnect, Delete or Reconnect button, and the Integrations Hub card has no delete icon.
• Once connected, Generate Webhook no longer appears, so you can't generate a fresh Webhook URL/Secret or change the NeoDove endpoint yourself.
• To reset or remove it, contact the Kraya team (info@kraya-ai.com or https://kraya-ai.com/calendar/operations). After the reset the page shows Connect Neodove again and you repeat the setup. Leads already in Kraya stay.

Day-to-day usage

• Work as usual in Kraya; lead updates are pushed to NeoDove shortly after you save.
• New calls/lead updates arriving from NeoDove appear in Kraya; search by phone/email to see them.
• If you change stage/pipeline names in Kraya, the updated text flows to NeoDove on next sync.

Edge cases to expect

• Invalid or changed NeoDove credentials
  • Ask the Kraya team to reset the integration, then repeat the setup.
• Phone formatting issues
  • Set Default Country Code so numbers normalize consistently.
• Pipeline/Stage name mismatch
  • Kraya stores pipeline/stage by name; if NeoDove doesn’t recognize the value, it still stores the text on Kraya’s side.
• High update volume
  • Syncs queue and catch up; allow a few minutes during peaks.

Troubleshooting (quick)

• “Not syncing”
  • Check the Webhook URL and the X-Kraya-Access-Token header in NeoDove match the Kraya page → Make a small change to a lead → Wait 1–2 minutes.
• “Phone mismatch / duplicate leads”
  • Ensure Default Country Code is set; unify phone formatting across tools.
• “Some fields not updating”
  • Only the standard mapped fields sync. Other fields remain local to their platform.

Short decision tree

• No updates either way → Check the Webhook URL and secret in NeoDove → try a small edit → wait briefly → contact the team.
• Only Kraya → NeoDove fails → Try a new note or stage change → contact the team (the NeoDove endpoint can only be changed by a reset).
• Only NeoDove → Kraya fails → Confirm events appear in NeoDove and the webhook header is X-Kraya-Access-Token.

FAQs

• Can I select custom fields to sync?
  • No. The integration syncs a standard set of fields.
• Will Kraya create duplicates?
  • Kraya deduplicates by phone. Ensure consistent phone formatting.
• Can I disable or delete it myself?
  • No. There is no disconnect or delete option on the page; the Kraya team can reset or remove it for you.
