Sync Neodove phone call leads into Kraya for unified communication.

NeoDove Integration

  • What it does
    • Syncs leads between Kraya and NeoDove so your calling workflows and CRM stay aligned.
    • Pushes updates from Kraya to NeoDove; ingests NeoDove events back into Kraya.

Overview

Link your NeoDove account to Kraya to keep Name, Email, Phone, Pipeline/Stage names, and Notes in sync. New and updated leads will flow both ways after you connect and activate.


Setup

  1. Open the NeoDove integration page
    Follow on-screen instructions to connect your NeoDove account (admin-only action).

  2. Configure defaults

    • Default Country Code for phone normalization (recommended).
    • Confirm/adjust mapping for pipeline/stage names if prompted by the UI.
  3. Activate
    Save and activate the connection. A status indicator shows when it’s active.


Day-to-day usage

  • Work as usual in Kraya; lead updates are pushed to NeoDove shortly after you save.
  • New calls/lead updates arriving from NeoDove appear in Kraya; search by phone/email to see them.
  • If you change stage/pipeline names in Kraya, the updated text flows to NeoDove on next sync.

Edge cases to expect

  • Invalid or expired NeoDove credentials
    • Reconnect on the integration page and retry your update.
  • Phone formatting issues
    • Set Default Country Code so numbers normalize consistently.
  • Pipeline/Stage name mismatch
    • Kraya stores pipeline/stage by name; if NeoDove doesn’t recognize the value, it still stores the text on Kraya’s side.
  • High update volume
    • Syncs queue and catch up; allow a few minutes during peaks.

Troubleshooting (quick)

  • “Not syncing”
    • Reconnect on the integration page → Make a small change to a lead → Wait 1–2 minutes.
  • “Phone mismatch / duplicate leads”
    • Ensure Default Country Code is set; unify phone formatting across tools.
  • “Some fields not updating”
    • Only the standard mapped fields sync. Other fields remain local to their platform.

Short decision tree

  • No updates either way → Reconnect → try a small edit → wait briefly.
  • Only Kraya → NeoDove fails → Reconnect; try a new note or stage change.
  • Only NeoDove → Kraya fails → Confirm events appear in NeoDove; reconnect and retry.

FAQs

  • Can I select custom fields to sync?
    • No. The integration syncs a standard set of fields.
  • Will Kraya create duplicates?
    • Kraya deduplicates by phone. Ensure consistent phone formatting.
  • Can I disable it temporarily?
    • Yes. Use the integration page to deactivate or disconnect.
