Housing.com

Pull Housing.com property leads into Kraya for WhatsApp follow-up.

Overview

If you run a real estate business and use Housing.com to advertise your properties, the Housing.com integration lets Kraya pull every new buyer enquiry from your Housing.com account and turn it into a lead in your CRM — complete with the buyer's name, phone, and the property they enquired about.

You then qualify and follow up on these leads in Kraya the same way you would with any other source (IndiaMART, JustDial, Meta Ads, etc.).

This is a one-way, partner-managed integration — information flows from Housing.com into Kraya, and there is no self-serve settings page in the Kraya dashboard. Setup is handled by the Kraya team.

How it works

Kraya runs a scheduled job that periodically pulls new leads from your Housing.com account using the credentials your POC has configured. For each new enquiry:

  1. Kraya checks whether a lead with the same phone number already exists in your organization.
  2. New buyer — a new lead is created in your default Leads pipeline at the New Lead stage (or the pipeline / stage your POC configured).
  3. Returning buyer — the existing lead is updated with the latest enquiry information instead of creating a duplicate.
  4. The property / listing the buyer enquired about is saved on the lead so your team has context before reaching out.

Leads do not arrive instantly — expect a short delay (typically a few minutes to an hour, depending on the configured cadence) between an enquiry on Housing.com and it appearing in Kraya.

Setup

This integration is partner-managed. To enable it:

  1. Reach out to your Kraya POC and request the Housing.com integration for your organization.
  2. Share your Housing.com account details with them — typically:
    • Your Housing.com account ID
    • The phone number registered with your Housing.com account
    • An encryption / authorisation key from your Housing.com dashboard (or your Housing.com account manager)
  3. Confirm the destination pipeline (and stage) where you want new Housing.com leads to land. The default is your Leads pipeline.
  4. Wait for the first sync. Once the integration is active, leads will start appearing automatically.

To disconnect or pause, contact your Kraya POC. Leads already in Kraya are unaffected; only future syncing stops.

Phone numbers are normalised, so repeat enquiries from the same buyer update the same lead instead of creating duplicates.

Limits and quotas

  • One Housing.com account per Kraya organization
  • Sync runs on a schedule — allow a short delay before a new enquiry appears in Kraya

Common edge cases

  • Same buyer enquires on multiple listings — Kraya updates the existing lead with the latest enquiry rather than creating a duplicate.
  • Stale credentials — if your Housing.com authorisation key is rotated, the sync will stop bringing in new leads. Share the new key with your POC so they can update the integration.
  • Missing data — Kraya can only save what Housing.com returns. If a particular enquiry is missing a field, that field will be blank on the lead.

Troubleshooting

No new leads from Housing.com

  • Cause: Credentials may have expired, or no fresh enquiries are being recorded against your listings.
  • Fix: Confirm with your Housing.com account manager that new enquiries exist; ask your Kraya POC to check the integration health and refresh credentials if needed.

Leads landed in the wrong pipeline

  • Cause: The configured destination pipeline does not match what you want.
  • Fix: Ask your POC to update the pipeline / stage configured for the integration.

Some leads have incomplete data

  • Cause: The original Housing.com enquiry was missing those fields.
  • Fix: Edit the lead in Kraya to fill in missing data manually.

FAQs

  • Is the sync real-time? Not strictly — it runs on a schedule. Most leads arrive within minutes.
  • Does Kraya push anything back to Housing.com? No. The integration is one-way (Housing.com → Kraya).
  • Can I run AI qualification and Auto Follow-Up sequences on Housing.com leads? Yes. Once the lead is in Kraya, it behaves exactly like any other lead.
  • Can I pause it? Yes — contact your Kraya POC.
