Sequence Sync Banner

This appears when a sequence is assigned or edited in the Kraya Dashboard while WhatsApp Web is already open in another tab/window.

How to refresh (any method works)

• Keyboard: Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac)
• Reload button: click the Reload icon next to the address bar
• Right‑click: anywhere on the page → Reload
• Browser menu: Menu → Reload/Refresh
• URL bar: place cursor in the address bar and press Enter

If something seems stuck, close this WhatsApp tab and reopen web.whatsapp.com, then sign back in if prompted.

Do this now

1. Refresh WhatsApp Web using any method above.
2. Wait until the banner disappears.
3. Open one affected chat → click the Kraya expand button → confirm the Sequence name and Next step/time match what you set in Dashboard.

What changes after refresh

• Configuration reloads. It does not resend past messages.
• Auto‑followups paused during the stale state resume using the latest rules.
• Manual typing is unaffected.

Quick FAQ

When should I refresh? Whenever you assign or edit a sequence in the Kraya Dashboard and then switch to your WhatsApp Web tab, refresh once before expecting automation to continue.

Why did this banner appear? Because the local configuration in your open WhatsApp tab is older than the latest changes made in the Dashboard.

Will refreshing resend anything? No. Refresh only reloads settings. The scheduler calculates the next valid step based on the new rules and time windows.

We use multiple tabs/devices. What then? Refresh the WhatsApp Web tabs you actively use for the affected number.
