Chats Not Loading

You can follow the steps below.

Step 1

Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2

Click Extensions → Manage Extensions.

Step 3

Click Remove to remove the Kraya Extension for now.

Step 4

Click on the two dots next to web.whatsapp.com to open Site settings.

Step 5

Click on Cookies and site data → On device site data.

Step 6

Delete all the data and click Done.

Then refresh your page and login again to web.whatsapp.com.

Step 7

Go back to your Kraya dashboard at https://kraya-ai.com/dashboard.

Click on Get Extension to go to the Chrome Webstore and install the Kraya Extension again.

Then refresh your web.whatsapp.com page.

Step 8

Click on Login and enter your username and password to get access to your account.

Step 9

Your Kraya Extension is now ready to use.
