Account Mismatch Banner

Match your WhatsApp Web number to your registered Kraya number so automations resume.

This banner appears when the WhatsApp number currently logged in on WhatsApp Web does not match the number registered in your Kraya account. To keep data safe, Kraya pauses automations until both numbers match.

Where to see your registered number in Kraya

In the Dashboard header (top-center), you'll see: Welcome, <your-email> (+91 XXXXX XXXXX). That phone number in brackets is the one registered with Kraya and used for automations.

If you manage multiple pipelines in your CRM, you'll also see the registered mobile number for each pipeline listed in the dropdown on the left side of the Dashboard. Each number corresponds to a specific WhatsApp connection used for automations.

Exact position (per the screenshots): The registered number appears right beside your name or email in the top header and also within the pipeline dropdown under the Leads section. Ensure you are using the same WhatsApp number as shown here.

You can also verify your registered mobile number by clicking on your profile picture at the bottom-left corner of the dashboard and opening the Profile tab. Ensure the number displayed here matches the one used in your WhatsApp Web.

Why this happens

Example: If your registered number is +91 91133 44455 but WhatsApp Web is logged into +91 98XXX XXXXX, Kraya detects a mismatch and pauses automations.

How to fix it (1–2 minutes)

  1. Confirm your registered number in Kraya: Check the header or pipeline list (see screenshots above).
  2. Match the same number on WhatsApp Web: Go to web.whatsapp.com and ensure you are logged in with the same WhatsApp account registered in Kraya.
  3. Reload WhatsApp Web: Once the correct account is logged in, simply refresh the page. The banner will disappear and automations will resume automatically.

Tip: Always log in with the same Kraya credentials (email and phone number) you shared during setup. Switching devices or numbers may temporarily pause your automations.
