Dashboard

Manage leads across pipelines and stages, import, broadcast, and run bulk actions.

Overview

The Dashboard is your home for managing leads across pipelines and stages. It lets you switch pipelines, view stage-wise leads, search and filter, perform bulk actions, add/import leads, send broadcasts via WhatsApp API, log calls and reminders, edit lead info/notes, and move leads between stages.

This guide explains how end users can use the Dashboard and how support agents can help troubleshoot common issues.

What you can do

  • View all leads grouped by stages within a selected pipeline
  • Switch pipelines and toggle between stages quickly
  • Search and filter leads (by text, date windows, days spent in the current stage, attributes and activity)
  • Select multiple leads for bulk actions (update stage/sequence, export, delete)
  • Open a lead to edit details, add notes, log calls, add reminders
  • Import leads from a CSV/Sheet with column mapping and dry‑run preview
  • Add a single lead manually
  • Initiate a WhatsApp broadcast (requires WhatsApp Business API connection)
  • See stage counts; review and act on call reminders

Prerequisites & access

  • You must be signed in to Kraya.
  • You must have access to at least one pipeline. Some pipeline/stage management actions are admin‑only.
  • For WhatsApp broadcasts and message sending, your organization must have a connected WhatsApp Business Account and sufficient credits.

Page layout and navigation

  • Sidebar: Navigate to Dashboard and other features (Auto Followups, WhatsApp Messages, Integrations, etc.).
  • Top bar: Quick actions like Settings and “Open WhatsApp” (opens web.whatsapp.com).
  • Account menu: Open your profile menu from the top-right avatar to access Profile. Use this path to manage account details and your weekly report preference (see Profile Settings).
  • Main area:
    • Pipeline selector and stage tabs/ribbon.
    • Filters/search bar and quick actions (bulk update, export, import, add lead, broadcast).
    • Leads table with infinite scroll and per‑lead actions.
    • Reminders widget for pending and upcoming call reminders.
  • In-app support chat (floating help button) on most Dashboard routes so signed-in users can ask product questions without leaving Kraya. See Support bot chat for where it appears, how persistence works, and limits.

Pipelines & stages

  • Use the pipeline selector to switch the current pipeline. Stage tabs update based on the selected pipeline.
  • Stage tabs show lead counts and color codes; clicking a stage loads its leads.
  • Moving a lead between stages usually updates the lead right away. Only Kraya’s internal CRM organization (see Lead Won sale amount for Kraya internal organization only below) sees Sale Amount when moving to Lead Won from the main table or CRM table; everyone else’s stage changes complete without that screen. You can also bulk‑move many leads; bulk moves do not open Sale Amount separately for each lead.
  • Admins can manage pipelines/stages in their respective pages. Standard users typically work within the existing pipeline/stage setup.

Lead Won sale amount for Kraya internal organization only

This behavior applies only to Kraya’s own internal CRM organization (the Kraya kraya-ai team that uses Kraya on Kraya). It does not apply to any other Kraya customer organization.

That internal organization is identified by:

  • Production organization ID: 9d92b3d7-9f52-4ec7-8214-dc724b0a965f
  • Staging organization ID: 9e6fbee5-6a01-4f31-8880-4808033043c7

If you are signed into any other organization, you will not see the Sale Amount step when moving leads to Lead Won, and nothing in this section changes your product experience.

When you are in that internal organization, moving a lead to the Lead Won stage can require a Sale Amount screen first: you enter the sale value in INR, then the change is saved. The value is stored on the lead as the Amount Sold attribute.

Where it appears (internal org only)

  • Main dashboard and CRM tables: Changing a lead’s stage to Lead Won from the row opens Sale Amount first. If Amount Sold was saved before, it may appear pre-filled; review it and click Confirm to finish the move.
  • Edit Lead (Save Changes): If the lead’s stage is Lead Won and Amount Sold is missing or not a valid number, Sale Amount opens before save completes. If a valid Amount Sold is already saved, save can finish without that screen.
  • Add Lead: If you set the new lead’s stage to Lead Won and Amount Sold is missing or not valid, Sale Amount appears before the lead is created.

On Chats (WhatsApp Business API), updating pipeline and stage from the lead’s Personal Info sidebar follows the same internal-org-only rules when you save Lead Won. See WhatsApp API integration for where pipeline and stage are edited.

What to expect

  • The Sale Amount screen is blocking: enter a valid amount and use Confirm to continue. You should not rely on closing the dialog without confirming.
  • Decimal amounts are allowed. Thousand separators you type are accepted as you enter the value.

Bulk moves

  • Bulk update to Lead Won does not open Sale Amount for each selected lead. If every closed win must have an amount, set Amount Sold per lead using Edit Lead or single-row moves from the table, or plan bulk moves accordingly.

Leads list

  • Each row shows key fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email), stage, last activity, notes preview, intent/score if available, and quick actions.
  • Infinite scroll loads more leads as you reach the bottom.
  • Click a lead to open the edit modal for full details and actions.

Search, filters, sorting, pagination

  • Search: Type part of a name, phone, email, note text, or source to narrow results. Search is case-insensitive and matches partial text across multiple fields. Phone numbers are normalized automatically, so you can paste digits only.
  • Filters: Use advanced filters to focus on relevant leads:
    • Field filters: Filter by specific values in name, email, phone, notes, or source fields
    • Custom attribute filters: Filter by any custom attribute values (e.g., "City", "Product Interest")
    • Date range: Filter leads created within a specific date range (respects your organization's timezone)
    • Days in stage: Filter leads by how many whole days they have been in their current stage. This uses the same notion of “days in stage” as the Days in Stage column on the lead row. Enter a From value, a To value, or both (inclusive). Whole numbers only, from 0 up to 3650. You must enter at least one value to apply the filter. Leads without a recorded stage time for the current stage are not included when this filter is active.
    • Stage/Pipeline filters: Filter by specific stages or pipelines
    • Sequence filters: Filter by leads with or without specific Auto Followup sequences assigned
    • Activity filters: Filter by stats like calls pending, calls done, auto followup sent, no auto followup assigned, pending reminders
    • Filters use AND logic within the same field (e.g., name contains "John" OR "Jane") and OR logic across different fields
    • Filters affect lead counts per stage and the leads list in real-time
  • WhatsApp Messages page: When you use filters on the WhatsApp Messages page, Days in stage works the same way for narrowing which leads appear in conversation search (together with your other filters).
  • Sorting: Switch between newest/oldest or by configured columns where available. Default sorting is typically by creation date (newest first).
  • Pagination: The table uses infinite scroll; more leads load automatically as you scroll to the bottom. This provides a seamless browsing experience without manual page navigation.

Bulk selection & actions

  • Selection: Select all leads in the current stage, or pick specific leads via checkboxes. You can also exclude specific leads from a selection.
  • Bulk Update:
    • Move leads to a new pipeline and/or stage (both must be provided together)
    • Assign an Auto Followup sequence (if enabled in your org)
    • Clear sequences (remove sequence assignment from selected leads)
    • Round Robin distribution: When moving leads to a new pipeline/stage, you can optionally enable Round Robin distribution to automatically assign leads based on your Round Robin settings. The destination stage follows each assigned pipeline's Round Robin target stage.
    • Bulk updates are processed in the background as a job; you can continue working while the update processes
    • Updates respect pipeline access permissions (you can only move leads to pipelines you have access to)
  • Export:
    • Export the selected leads (or a selection defined by stage/filters)
    • Limit: Up to 25,000 leads per export
    • Choose whether to include all attributes or select specific attributes
    • Default attributes always included: name, email, phone_number, stage_name, pipeline_name, notes, created_at, calls
    • Custom attributes can be selected individually or all included
    • Export runs as a background job; your download will start automatically when the export is ready
    • Export respects all active filters and selections, including Days in stage
  • Delete (if permitted):
    • Remove selected leads from the system (irreversible)
    • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Lead details and actions

  • Edit Lead: Open a lead to edit Name, Phone, Email, Stage, and custom attributes.
  • Notes: Add or update notes inline; notes appear in the lead’s history.
  • Reminders: Add a reminder/followup for yourself or teammates.
  • Call logs: Log calls with status (e.g., done, no response), duration, and notes. These appear in the lead’s call history and widgets.
  • Move stage: Change the lead’s stage from the row or within the edit modal. For the Kraya internal org only, see Lead Won sale amount for Kraya internal organization only above.
  • Auto Followups: Assign/clear sequences (see Auto Followups doc) as part of bulk operations; per‑lead assignment is typically done in the WhatsApp Extension sidebar.

Call reminders

  • Widget alerts: See pending and upcoming reminders in the dashboard widget
    • Pending reminders: Overdue reminders that need immediate attention (shown in red)
    • Upcoming reminders: Reminders scheduled for today or soon (shown in green)
    • Widget shows up to 3 reminders at a time (more on desktop, fewer on mobile)
    • Click "View All" to see all reminders in a modal
  • Reminder actions:
    • Mark Done: Complete a reminder when the call is finished
    • Snooze: Delay a reminder by 30 minutes
    • Edit Time: Reschedule to a specific date and time
    • Delete: Remove the reminder permanently
    • Jump to Lead: Click the lead name to open the lead's details
  • Reminder modal (opens from View All on the reminders widget):
    • View all reminders in a table with tabs for Overdue, Today, and Upcoming
    • See lead name, reminder note, pipeline, stage, and scheduled time
    • Perform all reminder actions from the modal (same actions as in the widget)
    • Search: Use the search field to narrow reminders by text. Search combines with any filters you apply — only reminders that match both the search text and every active filter appear.
    • Filters: Click the filter icon next to the search field to open the same style of filter panel used on the main CRM leads list. You can filter by name, phone, email, notes on the lead, source, stage, pipeline, active Auto Followup sequence, WhatsApp broadcast, Created date (when the lead was first added), Reminder date (when the reminder is due), days in the lead’s current stage, and your organization’s custom lead attributes. Applied filters appear as chips under the search row; remove a chip or clear filters from the panel to widen results again.
    • Reminder date vs Created date: Created date limits reminders to leads that were created in the date range you pick. Reminder date limits reminders whose due date and time fall in the range you pick (using your organization’s timezone). You may set Reminder date ranges that extend into the future so you can focus on follow-ups due next week, for example.
    • Separate from the main CRM filters: Filters you set inside this modal only affect the reminder list. They do not change the filters on the main CRM page above the leads table.
    • Counts: The Overdue, Today, and Upcoming counts at the top of the modal follow the same search and filters as the table, so the numbers match what you are looking at.
    • When you close or reopen the modal: Your search text and reminder filters are cleared when you open or close the modal, so each time you open it you start fresh. Reloading the CRM page also clears that state.
  • Reminder sources:
    • Reminders can be created manually from the lead details
    • Reminders may also appear as part of Auto Followups (Reminder steps)
    • Reminders are visible in the lead's history and call logs
    • Reminders respect your organization's timezone

WhatsApp broadcast (API)

  • Requirements:
    • WhatsApp Business Account connected in Kraya
    • Adequate credits; templates set up when needed
  • From Dashboard, choose Broadcast, select audience via stages/filters, and pick the message type:
    • Template message (recommended for first contact or outside 24‑hour window)
    • Session message (allowed within the 24‑hour window)
  • Review the estimated reach and confirm. You can send immediately or schedule the broadcast for a future date and time
  • Multiple broadcasts can run in parallel. The Dashboard shows a banner for each active and scheduled broadcast:
    • Single broadcast: One banner with progress or scheduled status and a "Cancel" option
    • Multiple broadcasts: A summary bar showing counts (e.g., "2 broadcasts in progress • 1 scheduled") with a "View details" link. Click to expand and see individual banners for each broadcast
    • Scheduled broadcast banner: Shows "Broadcast scheduled for {date and time}." with a "Cancel" option
    • In-progress broadcast banner: Shows "Your broadcast is being sent. {sent}/{total} messages delivered." with a "Cancel" option
  • Cancelling a broadcast opens a confirmation dialog showing how many messages were already sent and how many are pending. Sent messages cannot be recalled. Cancelling also cancels every pending auto-retry for that broadcast
  • You can have up to 5 scheduled broadcasts at a time. Scheduled broadcasts must be at least 10 minutes in the future
  • On the broadcast confirmation screen, you can enable Retry failed messages to automatically re-send messages that fail to deliver, up to a chosen number of attempts at a chosen interval. While retries are pending, the broadcast stays in the In Progress section even after the first pass has completed. See the WhatsApp API integration doc for the full retry configuration and statuses
  • For details on scheduling and broadcast rules, see WhatsApp API integration

Import leads (CSV/Sheet)

  1. Upload file: Use the Import option to upload a CSV or Excel file. Supported formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX. The file is stored and scanned for headers.
  2. Column mapping:
    • Map your file's columns (e.g., Full Name, Phone, Email) to Kraya fields
    • The system attempts to auto-match columns based on similarity (e.g., "Full Name" → "name", "Phone Number" → "phone")
    • You can ignore columns you don't need by selecting "Do Not Import"
    • Custom attributes can be mapped if column headers match your attribute names
  3. Preview (dry‑run):
    • See how many leads will be created vs updated before committing
    • Preview is based on phone number and email matching (leads with matching phone/email are updated; new ones are created)
    • Phone numbers are normalized (10-digit numbers get country code "91" appended if no country code present)
    • Preview estimates are best-effort; actual results may vary slightly
  4. Target pipeline & stage:
    • Choose where the imported leads should land (default: "Leads" pipeline, "New Lead" stage)
    • Optionally assign an Auto Followup sequence to new imports (only new leads get the sequence, not updated ones)
  5. Submit:
    • Start the import job. You can leave the page; the job runs in the background
    • Limit: Up to 25,000 leads per import file
    • Large files may take longer to process
  6. Review results:
    • Check success counts and any row‑level errors reported by the importer
    • Errors are typically due to invalid phone/email formats or missing required fields
    • Fix errors and re-import if needed

Tips:

  • Ensure phone numbers and emails are validly formatted
  • Phone numbers are normalized automatically (10-digit numbers get country code "91" if no country code present)
  • If your org uses custom attributes, include headers that match your attribute names exactly for seamless mapping
  • Duplicate phone numbers or emails in the same file are deduplicated (only the first occurrence is processed)
  • The import process handles large files efficiently using chunking (10,000 rows per chunk)

Add a single lead

  • Click + Add New Lead in the top‑right of the Dashboard to open the Add New Lead form.
  • Enter the lead's name. Name is required.
  • Enter the phone number. The phone row has two fields side by side:
    • Code — the country code, prefilled with 91. Only digits are accepted, up to 4 characters.
    • Enter WhatsApp Number — the local phone number. Only digits are accepted.
    • To save a lead without a phone number, clear the country code and leave the phone number empty. Both fields must be blank together — you cannot save with just one of them filled.
  • Enter the email (optional). The email must be a valid address if provided.
  • Fill in any additional attributes your organization has configured (for example, Amount Sold, Age, or custom text, number, date, or dropdown fields).
  • Choose the target Pipeline (shown only if your organization has more than one pipeline) and Stage.
  • If you are adding the lead to a sales pipeline that uses Round Robin, you can tick Count this move towards Round Robin rotation before saving. See Round Robin.
  • Add Notes if you want context attached to the lead.
  • Click Add Lead to save. On success the modal closes and the lead appears in the chosen stage.

Phone field validation

  • If both the Code and the phone number field are blank, the lead is saved without a phone number.
  • If either field has a value, both must be filled. Submitting with a country code but no phone number shows "Phone number is required". Submitting with a phone number but an empty country code shows "Country code is required".
  • The phone number must be digits only, and the combined length of the country code and the phone number must be at least 9 digits. Otherwise you will see "Enter a valid phone number".
  • The phone value saved on the lead is the country code and the local number joined together (for example, 91 + 9812345678 is saved as 919812345678). Saving the number in this form keeps it consistent with leads that arrive from other sources (for example, WhatsApp inbound, lead capture forms, or integrations), so the same person is not duplicated across the CRM.

Round Robin distribution in Dashboard flows

In supported flows (for example some bulk move or import paths), you can choose Round Robin distribution instead of fixed pipeline and stage placement.

When Round Robin distribution is used:

  • Leads are assigned using your organization's Round Robin configuration
  • The destination pipeline follows Round Robin rotation
  • The destination stage follows that pipeline's configured Round Robin target stage

For setup and configuration details, see Round Robin.

Real‑time updates & refresh

  • Stage counts and leads refresh as you change filters or make updates.
  • For WhatsApp messaging, real‑time chat updates happen in the WhatsApp Messages page; Dashboard reflects the outcome (e.g., stage/notes) after actions complete.

Limits & behavior

  • Permissions:
    • Pipeline and stage management is admin‑only
    • Bulk delete may be restricted based on user role
    • Pipeline access: Users can only view and manage leads in pipelines they have access to
  • Pipelines & stages:
    • Free plan: You can create up to 10 custom stages across your organization.
    • When the limit is reached, attempting to add another stage shows an upgrade prompt; editing or reordering existing stages is unaffected
    • Paid plans do not have a stage cap
  • WhatsApp:
    • Template vs Session rules apply; outside 24‑hour windows require a template
    • Broadcast jobs may throttle to comply with rate/quality limits
    • Requires connected WhatsApp Business Account and sufficient credits
    • Up to 5 scheduled broadcasts per organization at a time; multiple broadcasts can run in parallel
  • Imports:
    • Limit: Up to 25,000 leads per import file
    • Very large files may take longer; keep column mapping simple and clean
    • Preview estimates are best‑effort; final results can vary slightly if data changes during import
    • Phone numbers are normalized automatically (10-digit numbers get country code "91" if no country code present)
    • Duplicate phone numbers or emails in the same file are deduplicated
    • Import processes in chunks of 10,000 rows for efficiency
  • Exports:
    • Limit: Up to 25,000 leads per export
    • Respect selection and filters; extremely large exports may take time
    • Export runs as a background job; your download will start automatically when ready
    • Export includes all selected attributes or all attributes if "All attributes" is selected
  • Bulk updates:
    • Processed in the background as a job
    • Can update pipeline/stage and sequence assignment simultaneously
    • Round Robin distribution is optional when moving leads to a new pipeline/stage
    • When Round Robin is selected, destination stage is based on each assigned pipeline's Round Robin target stage
    • Updates respect pipeline access permissions
  • Search and filters:
    • Search is case-insensitive and matches partial text
    • Filters use AND logic within the same field, OR logic across different fields
    • Date range filters respect your organization's timezone
    • Days in stage accepts whole numbers from 0 through 3650 for From and To; at least one bound is required; From cannot be greater than To
    • Custom attribute filters work for any attribute in your organization

Common edge cases and how to handle them

  • No leads visible in a stage

    • Check filters and search text; clear filters and retry
    • Verify you have access to the selected pipeline and stage
    • Ensure the stage has leads (check stage count in the stage tab)
    • Try refreshing the page if filters were recently changed
  • Can't move a lead between stages

    • You may lack permissions; ask an admin
    • Destination stage might belong to a different pipeline than the lead; switch pipeline first or move to a stage in the same pipeline
    • Ensure both pipeline and stage are provided together in bulk update
    • If Sale Amount appeared for Lead Won (Kraya internal org only), enter a valid number and click Confirm. Empty or invalid values cannot complete the move
  • Bulk move to Lead Won without amounts (Kraya internal org only)

    • Bulk update does not collect Sale Amount per lead. Use Edit Lead or move leads one at a time from the table if each win must record an amount before or at the time of the move
  • Import preview shows 0 creates/updates

    • Verify column mapping (phones/emails often drive matching)
    • Ensure the file has rows; check delimiter and encoding
    • Check that phone/email columns are mapped correctly
    • Verify phone numbers are in a valid format (will be normalized automatically)
  • Import failed for some rows

    • Open the result details; fix invalid phone/email formats or missing required fields and re‑import
    • Check for duplicate phone numbers or emails in the file (only first occurrence is processed)
    • Ensure phone numbers are 7-15 digits (after normalization)
    • Verify emails are in valid email format
  • Import file too large

    • Maximum 25,000 leads per import file
    • Split large files into multiple smaller files
    • Remove unnecessary columns to reduce file size
  • Export not completing

    • Maximum 25,000 leads per export
    • Ensure you have sufficient storage/permissions for the export file
    • Try exporting with fewer attributes selected
  • Bulk update not processing

    • Check that you have permission for bulk updates
    • Verify destination pipeline/stage exists and you have access to it
    • Ensure at least one lead is selected
    • Bulk updates run in the background; wait for the job to complete
  • Broadcast option disabled or fails to start

    • Ensure your organization has a connected WhatsApp Business Account
    • Check credits and message type (template required outside 24 hours)
    • Verify the selected audience has valid phone numbers
    • Check that templates are approved if using template messages
    • If scheduling, ensure the time is at least 10 minutes in the future
    • If you see "Maximum of 5 scheduled broadcasts allowed," cancel an existing scheduled broadcast first
  • Scheduled broadcast banner showing on Dashboard

    • This is expected. The banner remains until the broadcast is sent or cancelled. You can cancel it from the banner or wait for the scheduled time
  • Multiple broadcast banners visible

    • When more than one broadcast is active or scheduled, the Dashboard shows a summary bar. Click "View details" to see each broadcast individually. You can cancel any broadcast from its banner
  • Call log not saving

    • Ensure required fields (status, notes/duration where needed) are filled
    • If limits apply to your plan, confirm you have remaining quota
    • Check that the lead exists and you have permission to edit it
  • Search not finding leads

    • Search is case-insensitive but requires partial matches
    • Try searching with fewer characters or different terms
    • Check that filters aren't excluding the leads you're searching for
    • Verify the lead exists in a pipeline you have access to
  • Filters not working as expected

    • Filters use AND logic within the same field, OR logic across different fields
    • Clear all filters and reapply them one at a time to isolate the issue
    • Check that custom attribute filters match attribute names exactly
    • Verify date ranges are set correctly (respects organization timezone)
    • For Days in stage, confirm From and To are whole numbers, From is not greater than To, and at least one field is filled. Compare a few rows with the Days in Stage column; remember other filters still apply together with this one

Troubleshooting (support playbooks)

Symptom: “Leads aren’t showing up after switching pipeline”

  • Check user’s pipeline access; ask them to switch back and forth to refresh
  • Clear filters and search; confirm the correct stage is selected
  • Verify recent imports completed successfully

Symptom: “Bulk update didn’t move any leads”

  • Confirm selection (stage vs specific leads) and that the destination stage exists in the target pipeline
  • Check that the user has permission for bulk updates

Symptom: “Broadcast initiated but no messages sent”

  • If the broadcast is scheduled, messages will not be sent until the scheduled time. Check the banner for the scheduled date and time
  • Verify connected WhatsApp Business Account and template approval status
  • Confirm the chosen audience has valid phone numbers and is within 24‑hour session if using session messages
  • Check org credits and any rate/quality limits

Symptom: “Import stuck at processing”

  • Ask for the import time and file size; large files can take longer
  • Recheck the column mapping; malformed headers often cause delays
  • If the job failed quickly, inspect error details and re‑try with a smaller sample

Symptom: “Can’t edit lead attributes”

  • User may lack permissions for certain attributes; have an admin update roles or perform the change

FAQs

  • Can I select multiple stages at once?

    • Use filters plus stage selection; bulk actions can apply to the current stage or selected leads. You can filter by multiple stages using the stage filter.
  • How do I quickly find a lead by phone?

    • Use the search bar; phone formatting is normalized so you can paste digits only. The search will find leads even if the phone number format differs slightly.
  • Can I export custom attributes?

    • Yes. Choose "All attributes" or select specific attributes during export. Default attributes (name, email, phone, stage, pipeline, notes, created_at, calls) are always included.
  • Do reminders sync to my calendar?

    • Not by default. You can log and complete reminders in Kraya; some organizations use workflows to push events externally.
  • What's the maximum number of leads I can import/export?

    • Both import and export are limited to 25,000 leads per operation. For larger datasets, split into multiple files or operations.
  • How does Round Robin distribution work in bulk updates?

    • When moving leads to a new pipeline/stage, you can enable Round Robin distribution to automatically assign leads based on your Round Robin configuration. This helps distribute workload evenly, and the lead stage is selected from the assigned pipeline's Round Robin target stage.
  • Where do I configure Round Robin target stage per pipeline?

    • Use the Round Robin settings page. Each RR-enabled Sales pipeline can have its own Round Robin target stage.
  • Why are some leads not showing in my search results?

    • Leads may be filtered out by active filters. Clear filters and try again. Also verify you have access to the pipelines where those leads exist.
  • Can I filter by custom attributes?

    • Yes. Custom attributes can be filtered just like standard fields. The filter will match partial text within the attribute value.
  • What does “Days in stage” measure?

    • It counts whole days the lead has been in its current stage—the same idea as the Days in Stage column on the dashboard table. It is not the same as Smart Trigger rules that fire after a lead stays in a stage for a set time; those are configured separately under Rules.
  • How accurate is the import preview?

    • Preview is best-effort and based on phone/email matching. Actual results may vary slightly if data changes during import, but it's generally accurate for planning purposes.
  • What happens if I import duplicate phone numbers?

    • Only the first occurrence of a duplicate phone number in the file is processed. Subsequent duplicates are skipped to prevent creating duplicate leads.
  • Can I bulk update leads across multiple pipelines?

    • Yes, if you have access to those pipelines. You can select leads from different stages/pipelines and move them to a new pipeline/stage together.
  • Why am I asked for a sale amount when I choose Lead Won?

    • Only if you are in Kraya’s internal organization (production ID 9d92b3d7-9f52-4ec7-8214-dc724b0a965f or staging ID 9e6fbee5-6a01-4f31-8880-4808033043c7). The amount is saved as Amount Sold. Where and when the screen appears depends on whether you change stage from the table, from Edit Lead, from Add Lead, or from Chats (see Lead Won sale amount for Kraya internal organization only). All other organizations never see this prompt.
  • What's the difference between pending and upcoming reminders?

    • Pending reminders are overdue (past their scheduled time). Upcoming reminders are scheduled for today or in the near future. Both appear in the widget with different colors.
  • Do filters inside the Call Reminders modal change the filters on my main CRM page?

    • No. Reminder modal filters only affect the reminder list and counts inside that modal. The main CRM search bar and filter chips are unchanged.
  • Why did my reminder search and filters disappear after I closed the modal?

    • That is expected. Search and filters in the Call Reminders modal are cleared when you close or reopen the modal so you always open a clean view.
  • Why do I see multiple broadcast banners on the Dashboard?

    • Kraya supports running multiple broadcasts in parallel. Each active or scheduled broadcast gets its own banner. When collapsed, a summary shows counts. Click "View details" to see each one.
  • How do I cancel a scheduled broadcast from the Dashboard?

    • Expand the broadcast banners (click "View details" if multiple) and click "Cancel" next to the scheduled broadcast. Confirm in the dialog that appears.
  • How do I open Profile from Dashboard?

  • Filters — how CRM and Chats filters work, including the Call Reminders modal filter panel
  • Support bot chat — in-app help while using the Dashboard (text chat, not the public website WhatsApp widget)
  • Chrome extension — same Sale Amount step for Lead Won when saving pipeline and stage from the extension (Kraya internal org only; see IDs above)
  • WhatsApp API integrationChats sidebar Personal Info pipeline and stage updates
