Profile Settings

Manage your display name, login email, weekly report preference, and review your subscription summary.

Overview

Profile Settings lets you manage your personal account details and key communication preferences in one place. It is designed for quick updates to your identity information and weekly report delivery choice.

The page also shows your current subscription summary so you can review plan context while updating your profile.

How it works

Profile Settings is available from the account menu in Dashboard. The page has two cards:

Personal Information Contains editable Name and Email fields, a read-only Phone field, and the Weekly Usage Report toggle.
Subscription Details Shows plan label, seats purchased, and subscription expiry details. It can also show a renewal warning message when your plan is near expiry or overdue.

Changes in Personal Information are applied only after clicking Save changes.

Step-by-step guide

Opening Profile Settings

Open Dashboard.
Click your account menu in the top-right.
Select Profile.

Updating name or email

In Personal Information, edit Name and/or Email.
Verify your changes.
Click Save changes.
Wait for the success confirmation.

Managing Weekly Usage Report preference

Locate Weekly Usage Report in the Personal Information card.
Turn the toggle on to receive weekly summaries, or off to stop receiving them.
Click Save changes to apply.

Reviewing subscription details

In the Subscription Details card, review:
- Your current plan
- Seats purchased
- Subscription expiry date (if shown)
If needed, click Explore Plans to view available plan options.

Settings and configuration

Name Your account display name used in the product.
Email Your account email used for login and email communication.
Phone Visible for reference; currently not editable in this page.
Weekly Usage Report User-level preference for receiving weekly usage report emails.

Limits and quotas

Email addresses must be valid and unique within the system.
Profile changes apply only after pressing Save changes.
Phone is read-only on this page.
Weekly report preference is per user, not a global team toggle.

Common edge cases

Save button stays disabled No changes were made yet, or values were reverted to original.
Email update fails The new email may already be in use by another account.
Weekly report preference did not update Save may not have been clicked, or the change was not confirmed due to a validation issue.
Phone number cannot be edited This is expected on the current Profile Settings page.
Subscription warning appears This indicates near-expiry or overdue subscription status.

Troubleshooting

Problem: I updated fields but nothing changed.

Cause: Save action was not completed, or no actual field delta existed.
Fix: Make sure at least one value changed, then click Save changes.

Problem: I cannot use my new email.

Cause: The email may be invalid or already assigned to another account.
Fix: Enter a valid, unused email and save again.

Problem: Weekly Usage Report toggle changed, but I still got an email.

Cause: A report may have already been queued before your preference update.
Fix: Confirm toggle state in Profile and verify behavior in the next cycle.

Decision tree

If save is disabled -> confirm at least one field changed.
If save fails -> check email format and uniqueness first.
If weekly report behavior is unexpected -> verify toggle + save, then wait one cycle.
If still unresolved -> contact support with your account email and org name.

FAQs

Where do I find Profile Settings? Open your Dashboard account menu and click Profile.
Can I change my phone number here? Not currently. Phone is displayed as read-only in this page.
Does turning off Weekly Usage Report affect teammates? No. It only updates your own user preference.
Do I need to save after toggling Weekly Usage Report? Yes. Toggle changes apply only after clicking Save changes.
Why do I see Explore Plans on Profile? It provides a quick path to plan options from subscription details.

Review Profile Settings regularly to keep your name and email current.
Keep weekly report enabled if your team reviews weekly automation performance.
