What Kraya does
Kraya is a WhatsApp-first CRM built around three ideas:
- Reply instantly. Every new lead gets an AI response within seconds — even outside business hours.
- Qualify with conversation. The AI asks your discovery questions (timeline, budget, intent, decision-maker) before anyone on your team spends time.
- Follow up automatically. Leads that go quiet get scheduled WhatsApp and email nudges until they re-engage or close.
The result: fewer cold-gone leads, less rep time spent chasing, higher conversion on the same marketing spend.
Who it's for
- Small to mid-size sales teams running on WhatsApp (Indian SMBs, coaching, EdTech, real estate, D2C brands, agencies).
- Teams that generate leads from Meta/Google ads, IndiaMART, JustDial, website forms, or inbound WhatsApp — and need speed-to-first-response without always-on human reps.
How the pieces fit
Kraya ships as four surfaces that share the same lead database:
- Dashboard (web app) — Pipeline-and-stage CRM for managing leads, assigning sequences, importing leads, sending broadcasts, and reviewing reminders. See Dashboard.
